You are now at the Profile Manager window. From here you can create new profiles, and manage or delete existing profiles. Our program allows you to create up to 5 profiles. These profiles can be set up to allow varied levels of access to the Internet. You can also set up your Filter so that only one profile is used. This way, every user will have the same level of Internet access. Now, lets discuss how to create and manage your profiles.
To create a new profile click on New Profile.
This is the screen you should see.
Here we can enter the Profile Name, create a password for the profile or choose 'no' password. A profile does not have to be password protected. The password, should you create one, is only used to log on to your profile and allow access to the Internet. Only the Profile Manager can change a Profile’s settings.
You can also enter a description of the profile such as, “Profile for the kids”. There are 5 templates that you can use for the initial settings of the new profile. The 'Generous' setting is what most consider an adequate level of protection. For a listing of each templates settings click here.
After you have entered the information click Add Profile.
