This is the screen you should see. Below is a description of each option
Allow All allows unfiltered access to the Internet for the time period you choose in the dropdown box.
Deny All refuses all Internet access for the time period you choose in the dropdown box.
None means that you are using your Profiles settings to filter your Internet access. This is the option you should normally select to get filtered Internet access.
Safe Search activates the safe search feature on many popular search engines. This reduces the likelihood of your search results containing objectionable material.
Search Keywords prevents users from searching for certain keywords that many people may find offensive.
Change Description allows you to change the description of the profile.
Change Password allows you the change the profile's password or set no password
Reset this Profile based on allows you to reset the profile to the chosen template settings.
Select Picture simply changes the picture associated with that profile.
After you make any changes to you Profile, click on the Save Changes link located here; this way, you will not need to redo any changes made
