Now click on the Reports tab. This is the accountability feature of our software. Here you can choose daily, weekly or monthly reports of your choice. These reports will be sent to the email address you enter. Please verify that the email address you send is correct or you will not receive your reports. If the profile is not being used then no Report will be generated. If a Report is not chosen, it is not generated. A description of each report is located below.
Category Activity (all) is a pie chart that shows how many times a website that was visited fell in each Category. This includes blocked and allowed sites.
Request Log (all) is a complete list of websites accessed and blocked. If you scroll to the right, it displays what category each page fell into. It also tells if the page was blocked.
After a report has been generated, you can also view it here by clicking on the More link that will appear to the right of the report.
Click the Save Changes button to save the reports you want to receive and the address you want them sent to.
You can Click on the Test button to send a test email to the chosen email address. It can take up to 24 hours for this email to arrive.
