Now, click on the Categories tab. This is where 80% of your filtering occurs. On the left of the screen is a listing of Groups of Categories. On the right are the Categories within that Group. Any Category you place a check beside will be blocked. In the screenshot below, we are looking at the Miscellaneous group. In this group, only the Web Chat Category will be blocked because it is the only Category that has a check mark beside it.
Now, click on the Protocols tab. Here is where most of the rest of the filtering takes place. In the screenshot below we are looking at the File Sharing Group and all Protocols are blocked.
