If you use Windows Vista, the follow settings need to be changed for the Integrity Online Filter to work properly.  This will turn off Internet Explorer’s Protected Mode (which takes it back to a security level similar to XP) and turn off the Windows Parental Controls.

First ensure you are logged onto your computer as an Administrator

Click Start, Control Panel

Click Classic View

Open Internet Options

Click the Security Tab

Click Internet if it is not highlighted

Remove the Check beside Enable Protected Mode

Click Apply OK

Click on Control Panel Home

Under User Accounts Click Setup parental controls for any user

Turn Parental Controls off for every Standard User (there are no parental controls for Administrators)

After doing both of the above restart your computer.  The Integrity Filter should be working properly.  If it is not give us a call at 1-800-468-3474.
