Alondra Topete is Co-President of Relentless Insurance Agency and a Managing Partner at Integrity.

Alondra began her career in insurance in 2019 at the age of 20. At the time, she was awaiting admission into the nursing program in Bakersfield, California, and needed to find a way to help pay the bills. Alondra developed a love and passion for helping people and families. She very quickly realized the insurance industry was where she wanted to focus her attention full time. She has never looked back.

Working closely with her partner in business and in life, Josh Crenshaw, Alondra has built a fast-growing and respected agency with discipline, hard work and determination. Together, Alonda and Josh have utilized their individual strengths to lead agents by example on what it takes to sell at the highest level. They are fully committed to guiding agents on how to build their own agencies by having an unshakable work ethic and the right attitude.

Josh started in the insurance industry in 2019 to supplement his bartending income, while he was trying to figure out his career path. He quickly discovered that helping families get the protection they needed gave him the satisfaction and fulfillment he had been looking for. He knew he belonged in the insurance industry.

Josh and his partner in business and life, Alondra Topete, have used discipline, hard work and determination to build a successful and fast-growing agency. By combining their individual strengths, Joshua and Alondra have been able to lead by example and show agents what it takes to achieve the highest levels of success. They love providing agents with guidance on how to build their own agencies — a process that starts with a relentlessly positive attitude and unwavering work ethic.
